Return Policy – Modern Home by Bellver
At Modern Home by Bellver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and ship items back within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- Include all parts, accessories, and manuals.
- Be in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable items include:
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Made to order or personalized products.
- Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us – Email our customer service team at returns@modernhomebybellver.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization – We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item – Securely pack the item and ship it using the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Exchanges
Need a different item? You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Simply follow the return process and place a new order.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
